1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OnixOs (the "Platform") or the Axon desktop application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription tier, OnixOs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Axon Software for internal architectural analysis and development purposes.
3. User Obligations
You agree not to bypass any architectural security measures, reverse-engineer the core analysis engine, or use the Platform to index repositories for which you do not have authorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
All architectural graphs and insights generated by the Software from your local code repose belong to you. OnixOs retains all rights to the underlying algorithms, trademarks, and Platform infrastructure.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these terms or for non-payment of subscription fees.
